Sound Healing Meditation

Please join us for a magical evening of healing vibrations on July 18, 2019. Rita will be offering a multisensory experience incorporating crystal bowls, crystal pyramid, Tibetan bowls and French chimes. Sound healing has been practiced in various cultures for thousands of years. The sounds help to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state, promoting deep relaxation, removing energetic blockages and disharmony in your mind, body and spirit. We look forward to sharing some healing summer vibes with you.
