Hopeloft is a network of organizations, programs, and projects dedicated to solving serious social problems. Through our collective impact approach, we provide opportunities and services that better the lives of those in our community. Here are some of the programs that Hopeloft comprises:
Supporting and promoting court-appointed volunteer advocacy so that every abused and neglected child can be safe, establish stability, and have an opportunity to thrive.
Aiming to improve the family unit as a whole, thus improving the quality of life for all family members. Trained Family Advocates empower families in targeted areas, including: financial literacy, employment, health & wellness, academic excellence, service-learning, and healthy relationships.
Improving outcomes among incarcerated individuals and their families by operating within the Cumberland County Jail, where individuals are connected with a Family Advocate to establish plans for employment, housing, and family visits upon release.
Promoting academic success and self-sufficiency for foster youth through the use of a college exposure program and by supporting the champion family with resources, education, and life coaching.
Striving to strengthen the working-class immigrant population by providing training and support to parents to promote child well-being and stronger families through financial stability, improved resident status, and the development of community leaders.
Thousands of families join together to participate in meaningful volunteer projects where adults, children, and students are given the opportunity to serve alongside one another while giving back to their local community.
Cultivating family bonds and improving academic and employment success in Cumberland County through a comprehensive whole-family mentoring program.
