Families to College strengthens the family unit, provides opportunities to discover career pathways, and supports college degree attainment by connecting each family with a mentor who is a professional in the community. The family works with the mentor to develop and carry out an action plan to meet their individual and family goals. Using their plans as a guide, families will participate in program activities and take advantage of opportunities created to help them achieve their specific goals.
